History of success - Lucas e Danieli

Salad and Sweets machines increase the production and profitability of small, medium and large entrepreneurs in the sweet and savory industry.

MCI's savory and sweet machines are the best and the only Brazilian machinery manufactured in Brazil. Equipments that have driven the production of many small and medium entrepreneurs, as is the case of entrepreneurs Lucas and Danieli and also of the snack bar Maria Coxinha.

A sweet and savory forming can increase the company's revenues, all of them with a single equipment. Pratic Plus is the smallest salt machine in the world and is the exclusive launch of MCI. The machine makes 1,800 salted per hour from 8g to 100g and has the optional 2nd filling for salads from 30g. Lucas and Danieli have been producing sweet and savory foods since 2009 and, having the financial opportunity in 2014, have made the purchase of Robocopy Pratic Machine at MCI.

"What drove us to get bigger sales were even the salty machines, because we couldn’t manually produce enough to be our income. When we had the financial opportunity, we looked for salty and sweet machines in programs like small business, big business and we saw some manufacturers, among all who had the modelers then we choose the MCI. "
The microentrepreneurs transformed their residences into production centers, attending birthdays, weddings and general events. Lucas even counts, that their aim is to produce in large scale for people who choose to resell to supermarkets.

"This year we started to provide for a buffet and also for people who want to resell. One of our customers owns strollers in squares and resells our recoveries on the cups. Our idea is to have income and generate income. "

To offset the cost of the investment there is no secret: planning is necessary. In this market it is necessary to sell a large scale to high bill. Currently, Lucas and Dani produce about 13,000 salads per week, something that wasn’t possible before got one of MCI's salting machines.

"Look, before we bought the equipment, we would produce an average of 3,000 salted per month, because we were two, and ended up rejecting many orders. It made me have to work for it. Today, with our Robocopy Pratic, one of MCI's salting machines, we produce at least 30,000 salted foods per month. In the months of March and April of this year we produced 45 thousand savories in each month. "

But now, their expectation is to buy a new equipment to further and increase their production.
