ME:

* The natural person who stands as the holder unlimited answers to the debts of the business (the assets of the organization and physical mix).

EPP:
Nomenclature for Small Business Lettering. For this classification the company must have:

* Annual sales in the limit of R $ 3.6 million;
* Its formalization is given by the tax framework following the same indications of Microenterprise.

Its legislation is Complementary Law No. 139/2011, the same as the ME.
The natural person who stands as the owner unlimited answers the debts of the business (the assets of the organization and physical mix).
