The 10SAG Fryer unites 3 different tehcnologies: continuous frying, gas burner as heating source, automatic filtering with cold zone system.
The fryer completes your savories and sweets line, with a quality of production and safety from the beggining to end. Are 10.000 fresh products per hour (up to 30 grams). Easily to handle, can fry products from 8g up to 180 gr(0.28 up to 6.35 oz). the oil heating time around 20 to 25 minutes, 180ºC ( 356 Fº)
